The events room (for individuals and companies)

A stone’s throw from the Convention Centre, and five minutes from the heart of Bordeaux, Le CARRE DU LAC is waiting to welcome you in the midst of nature, in a pine forest beside a lake, for your private or business receptions. Our events room provides 300m² which can be divided into flexible modules and, together with our 2 sheltered terraces, will give you areas for work, relaxation or reflection for your seminars, gala evenings or other occasions.

Organising Weddings

Le CARRE DU LAC provides a unique setting for celebrating the event of your life!

Staying five minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, you can enjoy modern facilities in the heart of a shady garden on the shores of the Bordeaux Lake.
Wooden bungalows are available for your guests, so that everyone can please themselves.
Lighting, music – everything is ready there for you to enjoy the dinner of your choice.

Whether it’s a seminar, gala dinner, business evening, trade show or an exhibition,

organising a seminar – and in particular choosing a room for events – is a real challenge. We can help you with this – we have two packages, designed to fulfil your requirements.

“Résidentiel” (Residential) package

This package is suitable for those who are wanting to travel into the urban area. If you are looking for accommodation with easy access, in an unusual setting, providing a change of scene, as well as quality catering facilities onsite – then this package is for you!

1 night in the campsite accommodation

Breakfast

1 dinner (starter + main course or main course + dessert + 1 glass of wine or soft drink + coffee)

“Journée d’étude” (Study day) package

A package that enables you to organise a study day in exceptional working conditions, amidst the peace and quiet of nature.

Renting the room

Welcome coffee/coffee breaks/lunch/lecture equipment etc.
