« Much too big and busy for us - especially since we inadvertently chose a bank holiday. Noise from the pumps for the bouncy castle, from 8am to late, audible from our pitch,were very annoying. Sanitaires/washing up inadequate. On the plus side, good grocery store, and bus/ tram service into Bordeaux. »

« Very good stay facility's were good, location was good and staff were excellent only bad experience as Mosquito's. This is probably enough to prevent me from visiting again. »

« The campsite overall looked very tatty. Housekeeping standards on and around the pitches was very poor in regard to grass cutting and road conditions. The crazy golf area needs a really good jet wash. The Petanque pitch needs a major overhaul as there is grass and weeds in the playing area. The fun pool amd fountains in the children's pool area although not in use was caked in dirt and other detritus. The toiler and shower facilities were very clean though which is crucial. »

« Mooie camping, vriendelijk personeel, wat kleine kampeerplekken, prima uitvalsbasis (o.a. op de fiets!!) Naar Bordeaux. Sanitair wat ondermaats met wat kapotte toiletbrillen. »

« Our pitch was on hatd standing, small, very dark and infested by ants. The whole camp site needs a lot of garden maintenance (brambles to duck under on the small crazy golf, all very overgrown). The reception team were helpful. The restaurant would not let us eat when they had 50% empty tables and well within their opening hous. Good public transport to Bordeaux. »

« This time it was horrible. Woke up in the morning with hundreds of ants in my bed. Called reception and some came . He said that the insects were not bed bugs but ants . I took my luggage and went to reception to check out , the girl at reception was incredibly inconsiderate, she did not even apologize for the ants invasion , for her it was normal. I told her that you should reimburse me for the second night , she was so unprofessional,,, anyway , I have taken video of the bed and I expect to have my money reimbursed please. Assaf Maakaroun »

« Bordeaux Lac , nice camping and close to Bordeaux centre with good connection. Unfortunately sanitary hygiene is below standard. Dirty! Never seen toilets and showers being cleaned without water. »

« An der Rezeption das junge Fräulein was sehr gut Deutsch spricht war ausgesprochen nett. Zur Stadtnähe hat der Camping eine gute Lage. Sanitärbereich war immer sauber. Nur einmal hatten wir bei der kleinen Duschanlage in der Früh kaltes Wasser. »
